The video was ripped to 6083 individual jpg images with OSS Video Decompiler.

I grouped the images into 2 separate zip files.

spirale-jpg-1.zip contains frames 1-3500
spirale-jpg-2.zip contains frames 3500-6083

Frames of interest:

1414 - D risers go slack
1525 - Wing surges forward 
2265 - Cravatte of left wingtip visible. Pilot is in deep spiral dive
2718 - Pilot reaches for reserve handle
2812 - Reserve chute deployed
